I would just like to thank you for my first successful year as a Landlord

Please pass on my thanks generally internally (and particularly to Vivien also) for managing our two properties for the last ten years. I’ve been very happy with the service offered throughout and indeed have recommended Parkinsons to others – and would certainly continue to do so. It’s been an excellent arrangement. And best wishes to you personally in the future too.

I particularly wish to thank Vivien for so often going the extra mile for us. None of us could have envisaged the enormous problems we have encountered in the past two years. Without Vivien looking after the day-to-day business I really don’t know how we would have managed during the lockdown periods. In addition to all the challenges Covid has thrown at us there has been numerous maintenance and relationship challenges and you have both dealt with everything we have thrown at you in a calm, professional manner.

What a year so far, I hope you are keeping well. I have been asked by my fellow Directors, Sheila and Linda to pass on our appreciation and thanks on behalf of ourselves and the owners at Elmhurst, for the outstanding support and service your Company have provided us with this year. Vivien as our Managing Agent has been brilliant throughout, not only with the smooth transition from Fisher Wrathall, but all the other issues throughout the year which have been dealt with expediently and in a most professional manner.
