Parkinson Property Block Management currently manages thirty eight blocks in the local area consisting of over six hundred and thirty apartments and houses. We started providing this service in 2012 and it has grown organically since that time. We have never advertised this service until now, the business has expanded through recommendations and word of mouth. The blocks we manage vary in size from a building with four apartments to one with one hundred apartments.

Our service is fully inclusive to act as the managing agent for management companies, this includes arranging all maintenance & repairs on a site, contract management, collecting service charges, paying contractors, providing accounts, updating Companies house, organising directors meetings and Annual General Meetings (AGM’s).

We have two experienced full time block managers Vivien Denby and Steve Birch, both of whom have completed training courses with the Association of Residential Managing Agents (ARMA). We are working towards accreditation with ARMA.

Our website is currently being developed to provide a login for all of our leaseholders to access service charge information, payment records, recent communications and company accounts. There will also be the facility to report repairs and faults from your smart phone with the ability to take any necessary pictures. This new facility should be available sometime in early 2023.
