Parkinson Property Block Management currently manages fifty blocks in the local area consisting of over one thousand apartments and houses. We started providing this service in 2012 and it has grown organically since that time. We have never actively advertised this service, the business has expanded through recommendations and word of mouth.

The blocks we manage vary in size from Standen Country Park with one hundred and nineteen residents and Bridge Square Apartments with one hundred units, through to a building with four apartments on Sandylands Promenade.
Our service is fully inclusive to act as the managing agent for management companies, this includes arranging all maintenance & repairs on a site, contract management, collecting service charges, paying contractors, providing accounts, updating Companies house, organising directors meetings and Annual General Meetings (AGM’s).
We have three experienced full time block managers all of whom have completed training courses with the Association of Residential Managing Agents (ARMA) now The Property Institute (TPI). We are working towards accreditation with TPI.
Our website is currently being developed to provide a login for all of our leaseholders to access service charge information, payment records, recent communications and company accounts. There will also be the facility to report repairs and faults from your smart phone with the ability to take any necessary pictures. This new facility should be available sometime in 2026.
